LINDQUIST APARTMENTS

2,500 youth and young adults are homeless each night in Minnesota.

Located in north Minneapolis, Lindquist Apartments provides 25 on-site and 12 off-site units of supportive housing for youth (age 16+) who are experiencing homelessness. At Lindquist Apartments, youth are provided a safe, stable, and independent home from which they can stay in school, plan for economic self-sufficiency, and learn the many practical skills required to live independently.

Lindquist Apartments have transitioned over 100 youth out of homelessness.

To increase self-sufficiency and decrease the risk of future homelessness, residents at Lindquist Apartments receive:

  • Comprehensive one-on-one case management services
  • Educational guidance from high school completion to college graduation
  • Work readiness support from résumé building to job retention
  • Independent living skills training from health and wellness to financial management

Lindquist Apartments recently began offering support services to 15 Group Residential Housing clients in “scattered site” apartments.
