Food Delivery Driver

Put your wheels to use delivering food to our youth housing facility and main office. This weekly pickup transports food from local organization Hope for the City to our program youth. Provide a critical service by simply helping us feed our youth!

Date & Time:  Wednesdays at 10:00 am

Location:         Pick up - Hope for The City 7003 Oxford St, Minneapolis                          Delivery – Lindquist Apartments 1931 West Broadway, Minneapolis

                                            Glenwood Office, 1210 Glenwood Ave, Minneapolis

Activity Facilitator
Have a great activity to a share with our youth? Help create and facilitate recreational activities for the residents of Lindquist Apartments.  Volunteers would be responsible for the coordination and development of materials and curriculum with support from the Program Manager.  Some possible activities may include: art projects, work out groups, bringing residents to the YMCA, organizing a chess club, teaching cooking classes, finance classes, and more.

High School Tutors
Volunteers are needed to tutor youth and young adults working on High School and GED assignments and testing. Tutor Link is a weekly tutoring program that offers volunteer tutoring support to our truant youth who may have fallen behind in their studies. This program is new, yet has already helped youth to improve their grades!
